At UGZ, we believe in the potential of the next generation of gamers to lead the future of esports. Founded to bridge the gap in accessibility, UGZ supports aspiring gamers and young entrepreneurs by providing essential resources, training, and career-building opportunities. Our mission is to create clear pathways into professional gaming for youth, helping them unlock their potential and turn their passion into a thriving career.
WHAT’S THE ISSUE?
- There are 3 Problems that UGZ foundationally addresses
- Some people, especially kids, don’t have the chance to get into esports because they don’t have the right tools, support, or know-how.
- Kids who want to be professional gamers or create their own gaming businesses face a lot of problems, like figuring out how to make money or stand out.
- There’s a lack of knowledge in the average sports agent in terms of how to help athletes or talented youth create a brand that really connects with esports & gaming.
HOW CAN WE SOLVE IT?
TRI-PRONGED APPROACH:
- Non-Profit Organization- We want to build a non-profit organization that focuses on bridging the gap between the youth and becoming a pro-gamer.
- Esports Agency - We help Athletes, Celebrities, and Generational Talent Youth create and monetize their esports brands.
- Franchise Model – We expect to help develop and systemitize youth communities in any region of the US into becoming semi-pro and pro gamers. We do this by systemizing what it takes to become a pro gamer and offering it in a subscription membership model. Events, Coursework, Talent Scouting, Coaching, and Tournaments will be provided to Franchisees to distribute.
